I edited and uploaded new version of 600 to 649 Timeline and 650 to 699 Timeline. I had most of it done already but had a few small corrections to make it just so.

New Blog Features
I added some links to the bottom of each post to help find things related to this each aprticular post. The Idea for this was from Brad at ePublishing Blog. I'm still configuring it and playing around. There is likely to be more changes to things before I'm done.

Split and edit of 500 to 599 CE
Did a good bit of editing the database through this section and ended up having to split the page due to the resutling size. it is now
500 to 549 and 550 to 599. Many of the edits were just dupes, some were different name styles, either just spellings or different 'common' usages. Which is something I think I will have to address soon.

The Curse of Eridu
Somewhere in the tattered code I used to rebuild the timelines database from the online pages lurked the 'Curse of Eridu' For an unkown reason the inline link key for 'eridu' would insert itself into other inline link text .. for example inline links for 'Christopher Columbus' would be title correctly, but in fact go to the information for our friendly locale Eridu.
I'd seen some and corrected them as I was going along, and not many of the erronous links made it inot the new live pages, but I finally sat down and removed the rest.
Eridu ?+

The 18th Amendment
From an email I got today
"just to help you out the 18th amendment unlike what alot of people think only outlawed the making selling and importing or exporting of alcoholic beverages."
I went ahead and got the cyclopedia article for 18th amendment
and redid the timeline pages for 1919, the year it was ratified starting with 1919 events and working through the quarters.
As the message said, the 18th amendment was fairly simple and straight foward, and on that basis there was little to indicate what an impact it would have on American society.
