Program Changes

I made some small, but important changes to the program that builds the timeline pages from the database. One is abbreviated date formatting, which lets me leave out sections of the date I'm not using, the other clears up a simple problem with newlines in the database and how they are handled. The end user will probrably not notice anything different but it should speed things up a small bit for me when editing the lines database.
